CeLOE OCW Tel-U is an application that presents access to learning resources provided by Telkom University. Users can register to take courses and programs organized by Telkom University and find out the status of learning that has been achieved. Users will get a Certificate of Completion after completing online learning at Telkom Universitys Online Learning (MOOC).This application has functions:• Registration in CeLOE TelU for access to learning resources provided by Telkom University• Discuss with developers of learning resources• Take the desired course for competency certification and make course payments for the certification• The learning dashboard in the online learning system at Telkom University• Certification of learning outcomes in the online learning system at Telkom University• Learning management feedback to Telkom University
